History

Limited Liability Company Asset Management Company “OTP Capital” was founded in July 2007. Founders of AMC OTP Capital are Ukrainian “OTP Bank” and Hungarian Asset Management Company “OTP Fund Management”. 

OTP Capital is the second member of OTP Group in Ukraine.
 
Charter capital of OTP Capital at the moment of foundation constituted UAH 4.2 million. It was increased to  UAH 20 million in 2008.

OTP Capital has a License of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Exchange to provide management of assets of mutual and non-government pension funds.

As an affiliate company of OTP Bank we cooperate closely with the mother bank to distribute our products.

Supervisory Board

The highest authority of OTP Capital is Supervisory Board:

• Honorary Member of Supervisory Board – Dmitry Zinkov, Chairman of the Board in CJSC OTP Bank (Ukraine)

Graduated with honors from Kiev State Economic University in 1993. Has more than 12 years work experience in banking sector.
Started with Bank in September 1999 as head of corporate clients and loans department. Since 2001 was heading the direction of branch network expansion and retail business development. In November 2005 was appointed Member of the Management Board. Since June 2006 – Chairman of the Management Board.).

• Chairman of Supervisory Board– Sandor Szalai, Deputy CEO with sole responsibility for the regional operation in OTP Fund Management  (Hungary) 

Sandor Szalai is a Сhairman of Supervisory Board of AMC “OTP Capital” from August 2007 and a Chairman of the Board from December 2007.  Mr.Szalai is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of AMC OTP Fund Management (Hungary).
Mr. Sandor Szalai has more than 12 years of work experience in leading financial and investment companies:
1995 - company “Czipin & Partner GmbH” (Hungary)
1996-1997 - company “Hungexpo Inc” (Hungary)
1997 – investment company “Dunainvest Securities and Stockbrokers Ltd.” (Hungary)
1998-2002 - “CIB Investment Fund Management Co.” Ltd. (Hungary)
Since 2002 – AMC “OTP Fund Management” (Hungary)
In 1997 Sandor Szalai has graduated from Janus Pannonius University of Sciences (Hungary); also mr. Szalai was studied in HEAO Business School, Netherlands (curriculum: international finances, international trading) 
Mr. Sandor Szalai is a Chairman of the Board of BAMOSZ (Association of Hungarian investment funds and asset management companies).

• Member of Supervisory Board – Gyozo Nyitrai, Director on investments and services with securities in OTP Bank Plc. (Hungary)

Gyozo Nyitrai is a member of Supervisory Board of AMC “OTP Capital” from August 2007. Mr. Nyitrai is responsible for the Hungarian and the Group level of securities distribution activity at OTP Bank Hungary and its subsidiaries in the CEE region.
Mr. Gyozo Nyitrai has more than 12 years of work experience in leading financial and investment companies:
1995-1997 - company “Hungarian State Development Institute”, (Analyst)
1997-1998 - company “CIB Bank Hungary” (Corporate finance)
1998-2001 - “Raiffeisen Asset Management Hungary” (Fund Management and Sales)
2001-2004 - “CDP Capital - Canadian Hungarian Joint Asset Management” (Investment Director and General Manager)
2004-   Director of securities services department at OTP Bank Hungary.
In 2000 Gyozo Nyitrai has got Financial Analyst diploma from the European Federation of Financial Analysts’ Societies (EFFAS); in 1997 he graduated from Budapest University of Economics (Hungary) with diploma of Faculty of Finance and Corporate Evaluation. 

• Honorary Member of Supervisory Board – Dmitry Beletsky, Member of the Board CJSC OTP Bank (Ukraine) 

Born in 1965. Graduated from the Kharkiv State University with specializations “Teacher of political history”, and later gained qualifications in Marketing and Foreign Economy. Has more than 18 years work experience in banking institutions.
His activity in Bank began as a Head of Kharkiv Branch organization Department and starting from January 2004 became Head of Kharkiv Branch. In January 2007 was appointed Member of the Management Board.

• Member of Supervisory Board – Petko Krustev, Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer  in DSK Assets Management (Bulgaria)

Petko Krustev is a Member of the Supervisory Board of AMC “OTP Capital” from July 2007.
Petko Krustev has more than 15 years of work experience in leading financial and investment companies:
1997-1999 - Financial House Ever Ltd., Bulgaria (Member of the Board of Directors and Capital Market Executive),
1999-1999 - Unionbank, Bulgaria (Head of Corporate Securities Dept.),
1999-2004 - ING Pension Insurance Company, Bulgaria (Portfolio Manager)
2004-2005 - DSK Bank, Bulgaria (Investment Fund Project Manager)
From 2005 - DSK Asset Management, Bulgaria (Chairman of the Management Board and CEO).
Petko Krustev is a Member of the Management Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Bulgarian Association of Asset Management Companies.
In 1997 Petko Krustev has got MBA degree in International Economic Relations from Technical University of Sofia; in 1993 he graduated the Technical University of Sofia with diploma from the Faculty of Electronic technics and microelectronics.
