- Chief Executive Officer - Grygorii Ovcharenko
Grygorii Ovcharenko is holding position of CEO of OTP Capital since May 2010. His duties are development and implementation of company’s strategy and operation management.
Grygorii has 15 years of top management experience in large international and Ukrainian companies including “Sokrat”, “PIOGLOBAL”, “Altadis” and “Reckitt-Benckiser”. Under his management AMC “Sokrat” was recognized as the best asset management company in Ukraine (Euromoney, 2008). Grygorii has managed development and implementation of the strategy for sector and index investments.
Grygorii has MBA from Institute of International Business Relations, which he graduated in 2006. He also graduated from Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade and Kyiv Institute of Air Force. He has degrees in economical science and engineering. He is certified asset management specialist.
- Director for operational activity – Natalya Mezhenska
 Natalya Mezhenska is the Director for operational activity of ÎÒÐ Capital since August 2007, is responsible for budgeting, controlling, reporting and economical activity of the Company in general.
Natalya Mezhenska has more than 13 years of experience in field of fiscal accounting, control and analyses of company’s activity and financial questions in energy industry of Ukraine, also in financial and investment companies:
1998-2004 – Deputy Director for economy and financial questions in group of companies «Kiev Energy Alliance»,
2005-2007 – Director for financial questions «Investore Group» and Chairman of several investment Funds.
Natalya Mezhenska got MBA degree in year 2001 under combine program of Kiev Institute of Management and Carnage Melon University (Pittsburg, ÑØÀ); in 1994 finished faculty of analyses and accounting in industry in Sevastopol University. Has asset management certificate and certificate in financial monitoring of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission.
Sergey Vedrinskiy works in the company of OTP Capital since 2010, is responsible for the investment strategy of the Company, the structure of assets in investment funds, the profitability of investments in general.
Sergey Vedrinskiy has over 14 years experience in leading banks and asset management companies: In 1996-2000 he headed the investment-trust department "Land Bank", during 2000-2007 he worked in Ukrsibbank, where since 2005 he was deputy head of Department of investment business, 2007-2008 he worked as Vice-President at Renaissance Capital. In 2008-2009 held the position of Finance Director of AMC "Easy Life".
Sergey Vedrinskiy in 1993 graduated from Kharkov State University, in 1997 - National Academy of Management with a degree in Financial Management. Has the asset management certificate of SSMSC.
Ruslan Volynets works in AMC "OTP Capital" since 2010, is responsible for sales, development and implementation of marketing strategy.
Ruslan Volynets has significant experience in leading Ukrainian and foreign banks: In 2005-2006 he worked in the Financial and Economic Department of JSC CB "Nadra", 2006-2007 - in JSC "UniCredit Bank"was a head of outlet in Kiev, 2007-2008 - in the JSC "Index-Bank" was a head of the Sales support in a regional network of the bank. During 2009, headed the Sale of retail products in the JSC "Alfa Bank".
Ruslan Volynets in 2003 graduated from the International Science and Technology University, Kiev and graduated with a degree in Computer Science.
In 2005 he received the degree Ms'c from London Metropolitan University (Business School), United Kingdom, with a degree in International Banking and Finance".
Yevgeniia Andriienko works in the AMC OTP Capital since August 2007. She is responsible for budgeting and reporting processes, for account the economic and financial activities organization of the Company and investment funds.
Yevgeniia Andriienko has 15 consecutive years of accounting experience. In 1995-1997 worked as a bookkeeper in a joint Ukrainian-Greek enterprise "Link-LTD", respectively in 1997-2007 – Deputy Chief Accountant of LLC "AC Nielsen Ukraine" (independent marketing research).
Yevgeniia Andriienko in 1992 graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic University, in 1998, received a second degree in the Ukrainian Financial-Economic Institute in Accounting and Auditing. Has the asset management certificate of SSMSC and qualification certificate of professional accountancy stock market participants, issued by the Ukrainian Institute of Stock Market Development.
