- Investors of the fund – individual clients and legal entities.
- Period of validity of the fund – 7 years.
- Total issue amount – UAH 50 000 000.
- Nominal value of investment certificate – UAH 1000.
- Minimum amount of investing – 5 certificates.
Oriented asset’s structure:
- Middle-risk stocks to 40% (max)
- Bonds (corporate, government, municipal, banking) to 40%
- Cash and deposits to 30% (max)
Terms of redemption – quarterly (the securities are traded on the market).
