Limited Liability Company Asset Management Company “OTP Capital” was founded on 26th of July 2007. Founders of AMC OTP Capital are Ukrainian “OTP Bank” and Hungarian Asset Management Company “OTP Fund Management”. OTP Capital is the second member of OTP Group in Ukraine.
Charter capital of OTP Capital at the moment of foundation constituted UAH 4.2 million. OTP Capital was founded for the purpose of providing professional investment funds' asset management and achievement maximum level of investment’s yield. Investment funds under management of OTP Capital are intended both to individual clients and legal entities.
