Board of the Fund

Natalia Mezhenska has been the CEO of OTP Capital since September 2016. Natalia has been with the company since its foundation. Prior to her appointment as CEO, she headed the Operations Department of OTR Capital, which is responsible for budgeting, controlling, reporting, execution of transactions with fund assets and the company’s business activities in general. In 2011, she headed the company’s new project related to the management of real estate and other venture capital funds.

Natalia Mezhenska has more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting, control and analysis of enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine, as well as in financial and investment institutions.

In 2005-2007, she worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Investore Group, a financial and investment holding company, and chaired the supervisory boards of several investment funds that belonged to the holding. In 1998-2004, she worked as Deputy Director for Economic and Financial Affairs at the Kyiv Energy Union group of companies, whose main activities were related to the settlement of debts of large state-owned enterprises and enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. Natalia’s career began when she was a student. Between 1993 and 1998, she worked her way up from a simple accountant to the head of the financial department. Natalia Mezhenskaya received her basic higher education in economics in 1994, graduating from the Faculty of Analysis and Accounting at Sevastopol Technical University. In 2002, she received an MBA degree in a joint program of the International Institute of Management in Kyiv and Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). She has a certificate in asset management from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Lesya Syrota is the Director of Retail Sales and Network Management at OTP Bank. Her total work experience in banking institutions exceeds 24 years. Lesia worked in various positions in banks “Ukraine”, “Ukrsotsbank” and “VABank”.

She joined the OTP Bank team in 2007, where she worked as a representative office manager, branch manager and regional director of the Western Ukrainian Regional Directorate.

She graduated from the Ivan Ohienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University (specialty: mathematics. Diploma with honors) and Kyiv Institute of Banking (specialty: banking. Diploma with honors).

Since November 2019, she has headed the Marketing and Sales Department. She is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy, external and internal communication strategies, organization and support of sales of investment products, implementation of projects for the development of new products of OTP Bank, support of the regional network of OTP Bank, and development of new distribution channels.

Svitlana started her educational career in 2006 at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of Philology. In 2010, she simultaneously entered the same university to obtain a second degree in Finance. In 2016 she took a refresher course in Marketing Management at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. In the same year, she received a certificate in Marketing Management from Pro Business School (IPMA certification).

Kateryna Bralchuk has been holding the position of Premium Project Manager at OTP Bank since 2018. Kateryna’s area of responsibility includes ensuring the development of the Premium segment in OTP Bank, which includes participation in the development and implementation of new products for premium customers, organization of sales of products and services for the segment, implementation and control of this process, participation in the implementation of new promotions, organization of training of employees in the Premium area, control of the level of service quality and provision of advisory and information support to the OTP Bank network.

Kateryna’s career started at Privatbank in 2001, and she has over 17 years of experience in banking. She held the positions of Head of Department and Head of Individual Business Department at Brokbusinessbank JSC.

She joined the OTP Bank team in 2015, where she rose from a department expert to the Head of Business Development Department of the Central Regional Directorate.

She graduated from the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after M. Tugan-Baranovsky with a degree in Finance with honors in 2001.

Co-founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Charitable Foundation “Blagomay”, which helps children from orphanages in Ukraine.

He started his career in 2005 as a customer service expert at OTP Bank. In 2008-2013, he was responsible for legal issues at OTP Capital, an asset management company. In 2012 and 2013, he was Chairman of the Board of the Open Pension Fund OTP Pension, and since 2013 he has been a member of the Board of this pension fund.

He has been professionally trading on commodity, currency and stock exchanges since 2009. Since 2010, he has been the founder of a commercial real estate agency. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Young Business Club, the only business club for young entrepreneurs in Ukraine.

He holds a degree in law and finance from the National Academy of Management (Kyiv).
