The basis of the team is our Management Board, which consists of highly skilled specialists, which have more than 15 years of experience on Ukrainian stock market and passed certification by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).

Natalia Mezhenska
Chief Executive Officer

Natalia Mezhenska has been holding position of CEO of OTP Capital since September 2016. Natalia has been working at the company since its set up. Before appointment to the post of CEO, she was a head of operational activities department, which is responsible for budgeting, controlling, reporting, fund assets agreement execution and other business activities of the company. In 2011, she took a lead of a new project related to real estate management and venture investment funds.
Natalia Mezhenska has over 20 years of experience in the field of financial accounting, control and analysis of enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine, as well as in financial and investment institutions.
In 2005-2007 she worked as financial director of “Investore Group”, a financial and investment holding, and also headed the supervisory boards of several investment funds belonging to this holding. In 1998-2004 she worked as Deputy Director for Economic and Financial Affairs in the group of companies “Kyiv Energy Union”, the main activity of which was the settlement of debt of large state enterprises and enterprises of the fuel and energy area. The beginning of Natalia’s career took place in her student years. Between 1993 and 1998, she went from an accountant to a head of a financial unit.
Natalia Mezhenska got her basic higher economic education in 1994, when she completed the faculty of analysis and accounting at Sevastopol Technical University. In 2002, she received MBA degree from a joint program of the International Management Institute (Kyiv) and Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). She also has a certificate for asset management issued by NSSMC.

Yuriy Oleksiyenko
Head of Investment Department

Yuriy Oleksiyenko has been working at OTP Capital since April 2016. He develops and implements investment strategies and products for new and existing funds, manages assets of insurance companies. Since May 2017 he is a head of Investment Department.
From 2005 till 2016 Yuriy worked at Millennium Capital, LLC “Sortis”, KBC Securities Ukraine, where he held positions from the analyst to the head of the analytical department and investment manager. He has more than 10 years of experience in investment industry.
Yuriy Oleksiyenko graduated with honors from Kyiv National T. Shevchenko University in 1998, where he received a master degree in mathematics. Second Higher Education and a master degree in finance was got by him in CORIPE Piemonte, University of Turin (Italy) in 2003. Yuriy has a certificate for asset management issued by NSSMC.

Yevgeniia Andriienko
Chief Accountant

Evgenia Andrienko joined OTP Capital in August 2007 and is responsible for budgeting and reporting processes, organisation of accounting for economic and financial activities of the company and investment funds managed by the company. Evgeny Andrienko has more than 25 years of continuous experience in accounting. His career began in 1992 after graduating from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute as a design engineer. However, his accounting experience began in 1995. From 1995 to 1997 she worked as an accountant in the Ukrainian-Greek joint venture “Link-Ltd”, and from 1997 to 2007 as deputy chief accountant in “AS Nielsen Ukraine” Ltd (independent market research). Yevgeniya Andrienko graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic University in 1992, in 1998 she received her second higher education at the Ukrainian Financial and Economic Institute, specialising in accounting and audit. In December 2014 she obtained the ATS certificate (Certified Accounting Practitioner), On 3 December 2020 she successfully passed the IFRS exam (in Ukrainian) at the certificate level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, London. Since 2017, in accordance with the requirements of the NCSM legislation on a three-year basis, has upgraded her qualifications in capital market accounting and holds a qualification certificate of an accounting specialist.

Svitlana Parandii
Head of Marketing and Sales Department

Svitlana Parandii has been working in OTP Capital since 2014. In November 2019, she headed Sales and Marketing Department. As Head of Department Svitlana is responsible for marketing and communication strategies, new product development, sales process organization, as well as OTP Bank network support and new sales channels development.

Svitlana started her education in 2006 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Institute of Philology. She started to study Finance at the same University in 2010. As additional education she has passed Marketing Management at Kiev Polytechnic Institute and became a cirtified Marketing Manager under Pro Business School (IPMA-Certification).

Volodymyr Mudryi
Chairman of the Board OTP Bank

He graduated from Economical Faculty of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in the field of finance and credit. The second education he obtained in Krannert Business School (USA) and Tias Nimbas Business School (Netherland) where in 2010 he gained the degree EMBA in International management.

Has more than 15 years of work experience in the banking sector. He started his career at JSC “OTP Bank” in 2005 as a Head of the operational department of OTP Bank Volyn branch. A year later, he was appointed Head of the operational department of OTP Bank. In 2008- 2010 he was the Head of clients’ assets and liabilities operations support division of OTP Bank.

From 2010, he headed LLC “OTP Credit”, and from July 2012 Mr. Volodymyr Mudryi is a member of the Management Board being in charge of Retail business line. From November 16, 2020 – Chairman of the Management Board of OTP Bank.

Nora Lengyel
Head of Global Markets Governance Department, OTP Bank Plc. (Hungary)

Nora has graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with MsC degree in corporate finance.

She has more than 10 years of work experience in capital markets working for financial institutions and global corporates. In the beginning of her carrier, she used to work for Citibank International, in Treasury Funding Department, as well as in group treasury in DIAGEO, managing debt profile of the company as well as interest rate risk. She has joined OTP in 2019, working in Global Markets Coordination and later on she has been appointed for Head of Global Financial Institution Department.

In her current role as Head of Global Markets Governance Department, Nora is responsible for the supervision and coordination of OTP Group’s foreign capital and money market, private banking and investment services activities.

Nora Lengyel is a member of the Supervisory Board of AMC “OTP Capital” from December 2023.

Petko Krustev
Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer in DSK Assets Management (Bulgaria)

Petko Krustev is a Member of the Supervisory Board of AMC “OTP Capital” from July 2007.
Petko Krustev has more than 17 years of work experience in leading financial and investment companies:
1997-1999 – Financial House Ever Ltd., Bulgaria (Member of the Board of Directors and Capital Market Executive).
1999-1999 – Unionbank, Bulgaria (Head of Corporate Securities Dept.).
1999-2004 – ING Pension Insurance Company, Bulgaria (Portfolio Manager).
2004-2005 – DSK Bank, Bulgaria (Investment Fund Project Manager).
From 2005 – DSK Asset Management, Bulgaria (Chairman of the Management Board and CEO).
Petko Krustev won the award in the category Contribution to the development of the nonbank financial sector of the Bulgarian National Competition “Mr. / Mrs. Economics” for 2007. (The competition organized by the “Economy” magazine and the Association of the Industrial Capital in Bulgaria and is under the patronage of the Minister of Economy and Energy. A specially convoked permanent expert jury of the competition awarded the prize. This peculiar Academy for assessment of the Bulgarian “Mr. / Mrs. Economics” formed from about 200 people working in the field of economics, business, finance, politics and media.)
From 2011 Petko Krustev is Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Asset Management Companies.
Petko Krustev has a Master’s degree in economics. In 1997 Petko Krustev has got MBA degree in International Economic Relations from Technical University of Sofia; in 1993 he graduated the Technical University of Sofia with diploma from the Faculty of Electronic technics and microelectronics.

Frigyes Ferdinánd Heinz
Deputy CEO of OTP Fund Management and Head of the Supervisory Board at OTP Capital

He graduated with a degree in Economics from the Budapest University of Economics and then from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a postgraduate degree in Economics. He gained his first professional experience at the regulatory department of MNB (the Hungarian Central Bank) in ​​1997-98. After that, between 1999 and 2017, he gained professional experience abroad. He first worked at the Bank of England in London from 1999 to 2001 in the field of financial stability, and then from 2001 to 2003 he headed the Central and Eastern European Markets Analysis Division of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi‘s London research department. After that, he worked in the Economic Directorate of the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt from 2003 to 2017, where he supervised macroeconomic analysis first in Central and Eastern European countries (Hungary, Romania, Estonia) and then in euro area countries (Ireland and Spain). In this work, he represented the ECB in several countries under IMF-EU programs. During the years at the ECB, in 2012-2013, at the request of the IMF, he worked for 2 years as a Central and Eastern European expert at the regional research unit of the European Department at the IMF‘s Washington headquarter. During his years abroad, he has published numerous professional publications on macroeconomic and methodological topics (Journal of Macroeconomics, IMF, ECB working papers). He is Deputy CEO of OTP Fund Management since January 2018, where he is co-ordinating international business development and macroeconomic research at the company. He is serving as the Head of the Supervisory Board at OTP Capital since October 2020.

Jozsef Budai
Managing Director of the OTP Voluntary Pension Fund and the OTP Health Fund simultaneously.

Jozsef Budai graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Administrative Organisation and Public Administration Management.

He started his professional career at Telenor Zrt. as Sales Representative in 2003, followed by Citibank Europe Plc. in 2005, where he became Phone Channel Supervisor after gaining substantial experience in the sales field.

In 2010, he joined Raiffeisen Bank Hungary, where he held positions as Senior Relationship Manager, then Portfolio Manager, Head of Bancassurance and Bank@work, and later Head of Passive Side, Bancassurance and 3rd Party business.

In 2019 he joined OTP Hungary as Head of Bancassurance Department where his main responsibilities (aside from overseeing the Hungarian bancassurance business line) were supporting and leading the foreign OTP Group Member Bank’s bancassurance business lines. In 2023 he also took over the role of leading OTP’s Building Society product line.

Since February 2024, he has been appointed as the Managing Director of the OTP Voluntary Pension Fund and the OTP Health Fund simultaneously.

In 2023-2024, he took part on a post-graduate university program at the Budapest Metropolitan University, and qualified as a Financial regulation and supervision specialist.

Olena Bibich
Head of the Internal Audit Department at OTP Bank JSC

Olena obtained two higher education degrees in the specialties of Mathematics, Mathematics Teacher and Accounting and Auditing from Zaporizhzhia State University and Donetsk State Technical University, respectively.

She has over 20 years of practical experience in the field of internal audit. Prior to her work in internal audit, she gained 8 years of experience as an accountant/chief accountant in small enterprises and in the banking sector.

Since 2013, she has been heading the Internal Audit Department at OTP Bank JSC. In total, she has held leadership positions in internal audit at various management levels since 2005, accumulating 20 years of managerial experience.

She possesses extensive professional expertise in internal audit across various areas of banking activities, including corporate governance, operations, corporate and retail business, risk management, accounting, internal control, and IT processes. She established the internal audit function at the level of the Ukrainian banking group, conducting audits at OTP Capital, OTP Leasing, and OTP Factoring.

In 2024, she completed the “Board Direction” program at the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA).
