OTP Capital Asset Management Company announces the official registration of a new unit non-diversified closed-end investment fund with a public offering – OTP Maximum. In accordance with the decision of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine, the fund was registered on 13 August 2025.
OTP Maximum is designed for investors seeking higher returns and willing to accept an increased level of risk in exchange for the opportunity to achieve maximum profitability. The fund’s strategy предусматриes active management and the use of flexible investment instruments, enabling a rapid response to changing market conditions and the effective realization of attractive investment opportunities.
The launch of the fund takes place at a time when the Ukrainian investment market is facing a number of challenges:
- Limited investment instruments — the majority of available options are concentrated in government bonds (OVDPs) with relatively low yields.
- Restrictions on capital outflows abroad — investors are seeking domestic alternatives to preserve and grow their capital.
- Growing demand for high-margin investments — interest in alternative assets capable of delivering higher returns is increasing.
The OTP Maximum Fund is intended to address these challenges by offering an investment vehicle that combines professional asset management, flexibility, and a strong focus on maximizing investment results.
The fund’s placement is scheduled to commence on 1 September 2025.
