Board of the Fund “FreeFlight”

The Fund’s Board is led by a minimum of 5 individuals – high-caliber professionals united by shared values and motivated by success. They:

  • meet the qualification requirements of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission
  • are educated, trained, and certified
  • have an impeccable business reputation

The founder of the Pension Fund determines the candidates for the Board. The members of the Board are elected for 3 years with the right to be re-elected for the next term. Board meetings are convened by the Chairman of the Board at least once a quarter.

 

Board of the Fund responsibilities

  • The Chairman and the Secretary of the Board are elected from among the members of the Board.
  • Preparing a report on the activities of the Fund for the founder of the Fund.
  • Approving and registering amendments to the Fund’s Charter and Pension Schemes.
  • Preparing and approving the Fund’s investment policy statement and amendments thereto.
  • Entering into contracts on behalf of the Fund with

– the Administrator
– an Asset management company
– any other person authorized to manage the Fund’s assets
– the Custodian
– the Fund’s auditor

  • Listen to activity reports from:
    – Fund Administrators
    – Asset management company
    – Custodian
    and take decisions on these reports.
  • Approving the information on the financial situation of the Fund that is subject to publication and reviewing the report of the auditor
  • Controling over the intended use of the assets of the fund
  • Considering controversial issues arising between the Fund and its participants and/or contributors
  • Resolving other matters assigned to the Board of the Fund by applicable law and the Fund Charter.
