Risk Management team
OTP Capital has a single team of like-minded professionals focused on success and achieving common goals. The main working criteria of the company are efficiency, professionalism and innovation.
Olha Danylenko has been working for the company since September 2021. Olha is responsible for identifying, assessing, controlling and managing the existing and potential risks that accompany the Company’s activities. He also take part in improving the risk management system and implementation of Company’s investment decisions. She is a member of Investment Committee and secretary of Risk Management Committee.
During 2006-2021 Olha worked in PJSC “Bank Finance&Credit”, PJSC “Oshadbank”, PJSC “Tascombank”, PJSC “Pryvatbank” in the direction of risk management. Ms. Olha has more than 16 years of market risk management experience and 6 years of other financial and non-financial risk management experience.
Olha graduated in 2005 from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a Master degree in financial analysis in the bank. In addition, Ms. Olha received a certificate of advanced training in the program “Fundamentals of risk management” from the Financial Technology Transfer Agency, Luxembourg (ATTF), and in 2017 – in the program “Business Development Manager” at the Kyiv University of Market Relations.
The main functions of The Advisory Board for Risk Management Control of LLC “AMC “OTP Capital” of the OTP Foreign Banking Group in Ukraine are:
- Agrees and recommends for approval procedures and other risk management documents;
- approves risk limits;
- Agrees and recommends approval of internal risk limits;
- Provides recommendations for improving the risk management system of OTP Capital;
- Analyzes potential effects resulting from the introduction of new products and significant changes in OTP Capital’s activities;
- Approves and recommends for approval risk management reporting;
- Approves and recommends for approval the Investment Strategies, Benchmarks and investment strategy limits of the Funds;
- Provides recommendations for improving the risk management system.
Mr. Taras Prots graduated from the International Christian University (Kyiv), having received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with honor. Thereafter, he proceeded with the Master’s degree in the Management of Foreign Economic Activity at the European University (Kyiv).
Has more than 14 years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Taras transferred to OTP Bank from Bank Forum (Commerzbank Group), where he held a similar position as Member of the Management Board in charge of Financial Management.
Mr. Taras Prots holds the position of a member of the Management Board of OTP Bank being in charge of the Risk Management line.
Nazarii Rudenko graduated from the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” with a bachelor’s degree in “Finance and Credit” and a master’s degree in “Finance, Banking and Insurance”.
Nazarii joined the OTP Bank team in 2016. Heads the Financial Risk Management Department and is responsible for managing counterparty, country and sovereign risks, interest rate risk of the banking book and market risks also actively participates in strategic risk management.
